Serving Carrolton, KY for more than 30 years, we offer services such as Short-Term Rehabilitation Services to include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care and Long-Term Care. Some residents require a short stay following an illness, injury or acute hospital stay. Others require ongoing quality long-term care and support.

One of our greatest strengths at Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center is our Therapy Department. Our highly skilled physical, restorative and occupational therapists, and speech pathologists work with residents to help them regain their strength and functional abilities. The goal is to prepare them to return home.

To promote the health and dignity of each resident, we have a staff of specially trained, knowledgeable, caring nurses with diverse professional backgrounds. Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center has private and semi-private rooms with seventy-eight skilled beds certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Each spacious room features a lovely view, lots of closet space, special safety features and an emergency call system. Patients are encouraged to bring their favorite items with them to make their rooms feel more like home.
